Sunday Dining at the Oxford Blue.
Every Sunday we put on the Jazz music, get the Sunday papers in and source some of the best joints of Rare Breed Meat and Organic Veg for a traditional Sunday Roast Lunch from 12noon to 5.00pm for just 12.50.
We are sticking with the Belted Galloway Beef and cooking a Rib and also a Top Rump of Dexter Beef accompanied with Yorkshire Puddings and Horseradish Cream.
This week we have a new rare breed of local Pork called Oxford Sandy Black. This has a thick layer of fat so its perfect for slow roasting. It will be served with Apple Sauce and Yorkshire Puddings.
All roasts are complimented with Daylsford’s finest Organic Veg. Roast Potatoes, Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Glazed Parsnips and Roast Pumpkin.
It’s not long until spring now with Peas, Broad Beans and Asparagus just around the corner I can’t wait!
